The system’s nexus is Exato Server, overseeing safety conditions, coordinating motion, translating Art-Net and other show control protocols, brokering inter-device message transfer, and logging all activity. It’s an essential component of any Exato-based control system, overseeing safety conditions, emergency stop, manages coordinated motion, translates ArtNet and other show control protocols, and logs all activity in the environment for analysis and troubleshooting.
As a central hub for the control system, it allows multiple Exato Interface computers to interact with all devices and drives. Equipped with multiple network connectivity options — 1G / 10G RJ-45 Ethernet, 10G SFP+ for fiber — it’s ready for expansion to manage up to 500 Exato-powered devices on a network.
Exato Server is also available as standalone software license for partners, as a bare-metal OS installation, or as a VMware appliance. Contact us for more information.
